This notice covers this website and the Christian Singles app. In short: this website does not use cookies, and the app does not use cookies for tracking.
1. This website
- It sets no cookies and uses no analytics, tracking pixels, advertising tools or social-media plug-ins.
- All fonts, styles and images are served from our own domain, so visiting a page sends nothing to Google or any other third party.
- It stores nothing in your browser's local storage.
- Like every web server, ours records the technical details of each request (IP address, page requested, time, browser type) in a log that we use only to keep the site secure and working, and delete after a short time (normally no more than 90 days).
- The one exception to "loads nothing from elsewhere" is the safety check-in page. A member can send a trusted person a link to it; when it opens, it reads that one check-in record from our own database (hosted by Supabase) over an encrypted connection, shows the first names and the meeting details the member chose to share, and sets no cookies.
- The contact form does not send anything from the page: it opens your own email app with your message ready to send.
- Because the site sets no cookies that are not strictly necessary, it does not need a cookie banner.
2. The app
- The app keeps your sign-in session, your settings and a few small preferences on your device so it can work (this is necessary storage and not tracking).
- Free accounts see ads. Google AdMob may use your advertising identifier and similar device technologies to show and measure ads. Where the law requires, Google asks for your consent first, and you can change it at any time in Settings > Ad privacy choices or in your phone's settings. See Advertising Disclosure.
- The app downloads its typeface from Google Fonts the first time it runs, which sends your IP address and device information to Google as for any web request.
- We do not use third-party analytics or crash-reporting tools.
3. Our admin site
The admin site is used only by our staff. It uses a sign-in cookie that is strictly necessary to keep a staff member signed in. It is not used by visitors.
4. Your choices and contact
